Meet Our Founder
Felicia Ellington
Felicia Ellington founded Little Leader's Global Academy in June 2011 with a vision of providing families with high-quality childcare rooted in education, leadership, and community.
With more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Felicia has dedicated her career to helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
She holds:
• Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science
• Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Development
• Master of Science in Early Childhood Education
Felicia believes every child deserves an environment where they feel valued, respected, and inspired to reach their full potential.
